The privacy of investor’s personal information is important to Jaguar Funds. Jaguar Funds in conjunction with the Administrator will collect personal information so that they may certify as to the eligibility of investors and thus provide eligible investors with the products and services they request as well as information on other products and services offered from time to time. The law may also authorise or require Jaguar Funds and the Administrator to collect such personal information.

Given the nature of the Fund, it is unlikely that Investors will make investments in the Fund via a financial advisor. However if an Investor uses a financial adviser who recommended investment in the Fund (as indicated on the Subscription form), then details of the investment will be provided to them.
Jaguar Funds aims to ensure that the personal information retained about Investors is accurate, complete and up-to-date. If Investors provide Jaguar Funds and the Administrator with incomplete or inaccurate information, we can not determine their eligibility nor provide them with the product or service they are seeking.
