Subscriptions for Participating Shares or Units may only be made on Subscription Forms available from Jaguar Funds. Acceptance of Subscriptions shall be in the absolute discretion of the Directors of Jaguar Funds in consultation with the Administrator.
Participating Shares or Units issued by Jaguar Funds may have limited liquidity and may only be transferred on a limited basis. No application for quotation on a recognised stock exchange will be made therefore an investment requires the financial ability and willingness to accept the risks and lack of liquidity of the Participating Shares or Units.
None of the Fund, the Investment Manager or the Investment Adviser guarantees any particular rate of return or the performance of Jaguar Funds nor do they guarantee the repayment of capital.
